Once in a blue moon, I'd find something in Google Scholar that wasn't indexed in PubMed. Maybe a handful of times total in 20 years.

I prefer webofscience because it lets me rank by number of citations when there are too many hits and I need to find the key ones. However, your uni needs to subscribe to it.
