I would add that just etymologically speaking, "health" is already supposed to mean "whole" (both come from Anglo Saxon HAL, https://en.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/hal#Old_English …), so "whole health" strikes me as a meaningless term, and smells of quackery.

Sure, but just because "health" should mean "whole health" doesn't mean that's how current health care is practiced. Again, I can't read the release, so I'm in no position to assess this new "position."
