What a maroon. Might I suggest using that handy little block sender feature. Are they emailing from a company email or a gmail/public account?

Well, if it amplifies and he keeps coming, talk to your IT. They can block the domain as a whole and/or report the emails as malicious/spam to whomever hosts his email and domain and he’ll get himself blacklisted.

I'm already thinking of that, as I know that "blocking" him in Outlook doesn't really truly block him. It just sends his emails straight to spam, bypassing the in-box. I also know that, despite his ban from Twitter, he does appear to be following my feed. Dude needs to seek help.
