There is no type 1 "evidence", unfortunately. Only disjointed type 3. Arrogance is when a person like Gorski mobilizes his mob to attack a patient safety prognostication. U R correct, this is the gutter and I am in process of disengaging from these folks. Quite terrible.

Before you do, Take a minute or two to peruse this Twitter thread about your new buddy
@RobertKennedyJr. Do you approve of his targeting Black people with messages that will kill them? He's been doing it for a long time.https://twitter.com/gorskon/status/1367284681205575683?s=20 …David Gorski, MD, PhD added,
David Gorski, MD, PhDVerified account @gorskonOh, bloody hell.@RobertKennedyJr has been cozying up to minority communities for a number of years now to spread fear of vaccines. Let's take a trip down memory lane, shall we? 1/ https://twitter.com/angie_rasmussen/status/1367262593417498626 …Show this thread1 reply 3 retweets 9 likes -

This is the sort of message you are helping RFK Jr. spread, whether you admit it or not, whether you believe it or not.

Hey Dave, quick question... say your kid has the chicken pox right now, would you given him/her the vaccine? Say, your mom has the flu right now - would you give her the flu shot? Genuinely curious Dave.

Probably not, but not because it’s dangerous, but because it’s unnecessary. After we started this discussion- on February 6 - I emailed Dr. Paul Offit and asked him this question. He said no.pic.twitter.com/ai59hpt1Qa

And yes, this is his lane. When I have a scientific question outside my area, I ask an expert.

No. It's dangerous and unnecessary. Also, Dorit, remember COVID-19 disease is an inflammatory disease. Exacerbating inflammation with a vaccine....Not good. Stay in your own damn lane!

Dr. Paul Offit, an expert on vaccines, one of the authors of the medical textbook, tells you it’s not dangerous. This is his lane. More than yours.

I know Paul Offit. He was a faculty in the graduate group I did my PhD in. I know and respect him. His wife was my kids' pediatrician and vaccinated them. But, I have been very disappointed by his inability to properly address the problem of vaccinating the pandemic infected.

He doesn’t have to accept your belief either. But in this case, he’s not addressing COVID-19 vaccines. He’s telling you that for other routine vaccines, the risk you’re raising isn’t there.

Dr. Offit also doesn’t remember Dr. N. I asked him when Dr. first started emailing me and cc’ing him.

@DrPaulOffit should ask his wife Bonnie and other members of the graduate group to jog his memory....Nice try Dave. He'll remember me. Tell him it's Amy Reed's husband who was an MD,PhD student at the Wistar with Andy Caton - working on the Flu virus.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

You say you can spot those who make iatrogenic errors, but seem totally unaware of how it applies to you. Everyone else is making errors but you. It's because you have no feedback loop. https://www.amjmed.com/article/S0002-9343(08)00040-5/pdf …
