I note that Dr. N emailed my department chair to complain about my "lack of profesionalism" when I referred to him as a "useful idiot" for the antivaccine movement last month. Now he's calling me and anyone who questions his idée fixe "nutjobs." I sense a...double standard. https://twitter.com/noorchashm/status/1366561364710416391 …

And, "professional" that he is,
@noorchashm is now referring to his critics as "con artists." Nice. https://twitter.com/noorchashm/status/1366570258593697793?s=20 …David Gorski, MD, PhD added,

Replying to @gorskon @noorchashm

How many docs do you know in real life who are cardiac surgeons (a surgical subspecialty), AND immunologists (an internal medicine subspecialty), etc...? I am skeptical....

I do doubt his credentials, to be sure. A Google search identifies him as a thoracic surgeon, in terms of his actual practice. I suppose it's possible he did research in immunology as a PhD.

Now, now. Let's not go down that road. Search PubMed.
@noorchashm has a number of immunology publications, although the last one appears to be from 2011.2 replies 0 retweets 1 like -
