Basically, why does the timeline scroll automatically when I I'm reading several Tweets and don't want it to move? Drives me nuts.

Washington Post refreshes their homepage without my permission and I have to scroll all the way back down to find the headline I was about to click.

I've begun using third party Twitter clients because this problem was annoying me on the progressive web app (pwa). Has mostly resolved the problem and a few extra timeline sorting options to boot.
