If that was true then ok but no she has a right to her opinion and if that is the case that Disney doesn’t want to be associated with people like that, why is Pedro still working at Disney if he has done the same things as her

Seems odd that republicans champion at will employment concepts until they say something embarrassing in public that leads to their employer practicing those workplace concepts they championed against them.
-
It is rather amusing to see them hoist with their own petard.

These guys just want to make ridiculous statements to see if they can get attention. Next, they “cleverly” use the fourth listed definitions of words to pretend that normal people aren’t *really* understanding what some bigot meant. Rinse. Repeat.

So are you ok to fire people based on their political views???? Are you ok if this will happened to an employee with public left wing views?

As I’ve said many times before. We have “at will” employment pretty much everywhere in this country. If your employer thinks keeping you on is bad for business, and you don’t have a union to represent you, you’re gone.
-
If these ppl really want to do something about “cancel culture”, they can unionize. Somehow I don’t think that’s gonna happen. If they want laissez faire capitalism, they’re just gonna hafta grin and bear “at will” employment.

Re-read that. "She stands up to what is right." Not "for", but "to" --as in: she's against what is right. Where is that statement even wrong?!
