How did you conclude a "lack of concern for safety" from them not immediately agreeing with you on one specific point?

Because if you don't immediately embrace his idée fixe uncritically, then you must not care about vaccine safety, just as antivaxxers say that if you don't accept their belief that vaccines cause autism you must not care about vaccine safety.

U do not care about the FACT that we are indiscriminately vaccinating a large number of people who are recently infected. This is a severe judgement error. U undermine safety. And are more interested in a stale political fight. Anti-THIS, pro-THAT. Grow up! Brain on!

"U do not care about the FACT that we are indiscriminately vaccinating a large number of people who are recently infected." You have not explained why you think that's a problem.

You wrote a piece with your reasoning (yeah?)- why not refer them? I guess the peanut gallery doesn’t deserve it? Also, I know at least 3 microbiologists who’ve countered u on the science. Why no engage about the actual science?

I went back through the thread, looking at the replies, and it seems the only ones expressing agreement with Hooman are also expressing anti-vax sentiments. Pride at refusing vaccines.

Well, yes. Unfortunately, he uses the same tactics antivaxxers use. I took him at his word that he was very pro-vaccine, which is why I kept asking him why he was using antivaccine tropes and tactics. He's immune to reason, alas.

But at this point he's positing a mechanism of non-extant effect in all likelihood, as many have pointed out that nothing it appearing in the data that matches the predictions

Correct, and no amount of studies showing the low scientific probability of his idée fixe, data showing not even a hint of the safety signal predicted by his hypothesis, or even just reason sways him. He just robotically repeats his same catchphrases over and over.
