Hello. Humans have survived since the beginning of time because of God-given immune systems not government-mandated masks. Goodbye.

As a nurse i am so tired. So tired of defending simple medical science. What is wrong with the United States? I feel like we are fundamentally broken. A third of our population lives in a fantasy world

Is the fallacy I'm thinking of the "survivor" fallacy? The one where they go "well, *I* had measles and I'm fine" but forget that the people who died from measles are DEAD? (Plus, they ignore all the people who aren't fine but aren't dead.)

If this woman showed up at my high school debating society with arguments of this quality, she would have been ripped up one side and down the other. Her lack of logical acuity is...****ing amazing.

Of course the @AAPSonline doesn't believe in masks. There is no way for thier members to make money off it. Must sell HCQ and Ivermectin prescriptions and supplements.

Yes, @AAPSonline has long been an antivax, antiscience conspiracy mongering organization. Basically, it's the John Birch Society of medical societies, a crank organization disguised as a medical professional society.https://respectfulinsolence.com/2016/11/30/the-new-secretary-of-health-and-human-services-is-a-member-of-a-fringe-medical-organization-heres-what-that-means/ …
