This is a common antivax trope, to claim that you can’t “question” the efficacy or safety of vaccines without being called antivax. No, don’t parrot antivax pseudoscience and conspiracy theories if you don’t want to be called antivax.🙄https://twitter.com/danjgregory/status/1354695800257994752 …

It’s a sad state of affairs where one can’t even merely pose questions about the efficacy or safety of vaccinations without being labelled anti-vax. I don’t know how to describe what is happening culturally but I find it deeply concerning

It really pisses me off that anyone who questions the vaccine is automatically labelled an 'anti vaxxer' 🙄.Desmond Swayne is one of very few MPs who is actually standing up for our rights and questioning the narrative and the lockdown damage. We need more like him, not less!!!!

Listening to ACIP or reading the many legitimate articles on safety or effectiveness issues would show that very incorrect. It’s just that the issues show the risk benefit balance clearly supports vaccines, even if they’re imperfect.

Frankly, it's not much different from people talking about "questioning historical orthodoxy". They ask questions, they aren't happy with the answers.

Oh, they are. They very frequently are. But, again, it’s not dumb questions that are the problem. It’s the refusal to accept good answers.

Case in point ^. If it’s not antivax, it’s conspiracy or any other label. Labels diminish the ability to have rational and open debate
