What “central tenets”? Q is nothing more than a baseless assertion that Bad People are running a child sex trafficking ring, then they keep adding players to explain why the conspiracy is so deep none of the so called evidence is real. That’s not what a religion is.

I disagree. It has two components that will likely make it endure. 1. Adherents do emphasize the sense of community and positive feedback for participation 2. It is a fully flushed alternate reality based on a leap of faith that you can’t come back from.
