Remember what I said about antivaxxers blaming deaths happening soon after receiving #CovidVaccine on the vaccine and using these anecdotes to demonize the vaccine? It's begun in earnest. Here's @ChildrensHD, @RobertKennedyJr's antivaccine group, doing it.https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/healthy-florida-doctor-dies-after-pfizer-covid-vaccine/ …

In fairness, he did develop welts his thrombocytopenia within a few days after the vaccine, but there was no signal for ITP as a problem in the clinical trials, which suggests that, if this is an adverse event, it's an extremely rare one. More likely, it's a sad coincidence.

It’s already begun. So much fear mongering. By the same people who say Covid is nothing and we shouldn’t fear it. Mind boggling how risk perceptions can be so skewed.

Yes, it started with that nurse who fainted after getting the vaccine. There were lots of conspiracy theories about her being dead. What makes this case different is that the doctor actually did die.

Because people aren't allowed to die of natural causes for any reason after vaccination. Yeah that sounds scientifically sound...pic.twitter.com/Eih594o4II

I will never understand how people are able to back into the explanation they want despite all evidence to the contrary.

i'm still blown away that people take health advice from @RobertKennedyJr, a *lawyer* who is a known (former?) addict and alcoholic. that's like taking dental advice from my drunk driver auto mechanic. why the fuck wd anyone in their right mind do that?
