Did you watch the video from the WHO sponsored meta analysis? He himself used the word “transformational” and said “we need to figure out optimal dosing” There have been 11 RCTs, he says they want to see the 3 coming in Jan(why not wait for 80 RCTs?)https://youtu.be/yOAh7GtvcOs

Yes I did. I haven't read the studies he analyzed but I intend to today. My point was that he concluded that they needed more data to confirm what he suspects is true.

Yes, it is. Seriously, when I see
#Ivermectin being pushed by the same people who pushed#Hydroxychloroquine using exactly the same bad arguments and kinds of dubious studies, it’s, as Yogi Berra once said, déjà vu all over again.8 replies 9 retweets 46 likes -

Interestingly,
#Ivermectin fans are now citing a dodgy "meta-analysis" video done by someone who's a consultant for@WHO and@UNITAID and representing it as the WHO endorsing Ivermectin as "transformational" for#COVID19. Uh, no. That's just his opinion, not that of the WHO.

Dear David, This meta-analysis of randomised trials of ivermectin has been funded by Unitaid as part of the ACT Accelerator program. The results will be reviewed by WHO in the near future. Full report will be posted online in next 10 days.

Thank you dr Hill! David blocked me for presenting your meta analysis! He’s not big on discourse and debate!pic.twitter.com/8qHTRi8Fhj

He's strongly opposed to ivermectin likely because he looks and behaves like a worm.

This tool likes to rewrite history and claim the current proponents of ivermectin were "hcq pushers" when in reality they were the docs who saw the benefit of steroids months before recovery trial, and saved thousands of lives with math+. Armchair experts like this are useless

The same astroturf website that was pushing #Hydroxychloroquine is now pushing #Ivermectin using the same bad arguments. I stand by my statement.

Also, they're not content just saying that
#Ivermectin *might* have modest therapeutic effect against#COVID19. Oh, no. They have to spin it as a "miracle cure."2 replies 0 retweets 11 likes - Show replies
