Why is it “creepy” to be excited to be able to save lives during a pandemic? To me it’s creepy to prefer letting #COVID19 rip through the population in a futile attempt to achieve “natural herd immunity” at the potential cost of millions of deaths.🙄https://twitter.com/stacey_rudin/status/1339359540702277633 …

I mean, seriously. I find this fetish for the “natural” that can kill you over the “manufactured” thing that can protect you from the death and disability the “natural” can cause to be not just creepy, but pure evil.🙄https://twitter.com/stacey_rudin/status/1339388648022794243 …

The fact that you feel entitled to inject the people who prefer natural infections with a manufactured thing that has its own risks is not only creepy, but pure evil.

Maybe it's me but when someone hashtags Great Barrington Declaration on their account profile, it really saves you time in figuring them out. And not in a good way...

Is it not creepy to be trying to force a medical procedure upon someone against there will?

They seem to be put off by any semblance of collectivism by scientists and science-minded people. So it's "creepy" when were psyched about saving lives and getting back to normal, "creepy" when researchers pat each other on the back, "creepy" when ER docs get likes, etc.

The idea that somebody might find the administration of a life-saving medication "creepy" is very very sick.

So, true, David. I have had a very satisfying feeling seeing Moderna and Pfizer follow the science, come up with vaccines, see them through trials and observe unprecedented effectiveness. And being comforted that something can be done to prevent Covid
