One fun thing: I actually agree that services for which the government and third party payers are most important. That's why we at SBM have consistently come out against Medicaid/Medicare/insurance funding for acupuncture, homeopathy, chiropractic, etc.

Personally, I'd turn his argument around on one point. Right now,
#COVID19 disinformation is killing more people than "robotic surgery, prostate-specific antigen screening, or a new prescription drug" and so should be prioritized far more right now than what he does!
