Ivermectin can be quite toxic...any antiviral has to work in the first part of illness when most people are mild. So I’m very skeptical

Have we yet seen a good trial on the early/prophylactic use of hydroxychloroquine? I stopped reading the debunkings as they all focused on in-patient administration instead of the more interesting intervention
