And don't even get me started on the whole claim that DNA from cell lines derived from a fetus 50+ years ago contaminating Gardasil can get into the brain, express non-self proteins on the surface of neurons, and thereby cause autoimmune diseases.

Why do antivaxxers promote the notion that autism spectrum is a terrible thing? Autism isn't 'new', but in recent years milder forms on the spectrum have been identified more. This isn't an increase due to a causative agent, it's just education
