I don't like the term "covidiots", I don't think it is helpful or warranted, and I have not used it and won't ever do so.

Well, last night I listened to nearly six hours of "idiots about COVID" testify at City Council that masks were a communist plot, a symptom of tyranny & anyway COVID was a hoax. Grammatically correct? Better? Sorry, shaming may not convert - but then, nothing else will either.

It's frustrating for sure. But we can't convince people that they should act otherwise by telling them they are stupid or they suck.
