I am also not convinced. Sasse gave her an easy question that anybody who is going to sit on any federal court should be able to answer. What are the 5 freedoms guaranteed by the 1st? yet she couldn't list them.

Shouldn't someone be a judge for more than a few years before being elevated to the highest court in the land? How can we really judge her competency with such little experience?
