        Before I read the full tweet the few CT images on here looked to have an injury already there, then I read it and saw that. Unfortunately you are probably right this will spread like wildfire in the usually circles.

        I was actually worried about it a tiny bit. I have had 5 sinus surgeries and I was a little concerned about the anatomy. (It was fine).

        The story should be: "Previously unknown skull base defect gets diagnosed during nasopharyngeal swab". When you do this procedure in millions of persons it's more likely this would occur.
