The people to whom Trump's debate tactics applies are generally jerks and abusers, and most working class people are not jerks and abusers, while there are certainly jerks and abusers in middle and upper classes, just as there are in all human groups.

Being an abusive jerk is perhaps even more common in the upper middle classes and upper classes than working class. It's just that the domestic abuse is easier to hide in a McMansion in the suburbs.
