Get your flu vaccine soon! It’s safe, and, unlike the case for
#COVID19 right now, a vaccine is an easy way to prevent the flu, which, although less deadly, can still kill.pic.twitter.com/nIDG9uNof0Show this thread -
A sore shoulder for a few days is a small price to pay for Tyler protection the flu vaccine provides!

me too. Even worse, yesterday I had both the flu vaccine AND the pneumococcal one on different shoulders, so now both hurt !(they always do but usually it's gone in two days so please get yours!)

Got the shingles vaccine with the flu shot and it was intense! Had a >3°F fever
that night and was pretty much useless the next day.
At least it confirmed my body mounted a solid immune response but I don't recommend getting those two at the same time!

I hope i'll be getting mine in 3 weeks! There might be a shortage (government didn't expect a rise in people wanting one due to COVID, so ordered too little) and as i'm not in the group (yet) that gets an automatic invite for it, i might be out of luck. Last year's was painless.pic.twitter.com/bi5xMvZt65

I got it last week. It was very very minor ache. I only feel it when I press on it. Otherwise, I feel nothing. Well, I feel protected!
