I agree. I was a little taken aback by this take in the article honestly. I am certainly not paranoid overly but I had seen several admissions to skipping stage 3 trials from the gov agencies and only pharma companies seem to be stopping that aside from a few good ppl like

I think we can’t trust the administration and the question is whether the non-political oversight mechanisms in place can avoid being steamrolled by it. I’m concerned, but I think now we should demand they be allowed to do their job. Speak up and call for oversight.

@Doritmi. I was simply pting out that amidst news of political pressure (i.e. actual, anticipated, etc), still some pushback mechanisms. How effective they might be though to be determined. -
