I’ve noticed that, whenever I criticize acupuncture as the quackery based on prescientific mysticism and theatrical placebo that it is, inevitably some who claim to “hate woo” will express *considerable* displeasure.

This feels like a joke I’m missing but imma take it seriously for a moment. Yoga is a great way to stretch, work on flexibility, and relax. It is not going to cure any ailments, help with weight loss (on its own), or any other miracles people claim it provides.
