There is no perfect "nutrition formula" that will work with everything. Sure, good nutrition is good but wouldn't you have to analyze each ingredient to see which works best w various diseases? And for each individual? Way too complicated.

Agreed, In Italy same pattern, some nutritionalists going on TV/media saying food is the COVID prevention/cure. Nobody seems to check their stories as some of these people even claim to be Nobel candidates (!) and then devotees use FB groups to broaden their message.
