I'm talking about leaders of the antivax movement, like @RobertKennedyJr, @delbigtree, @DrWakefield, @mercola, Mike Adams, @NVICLoeDown/@BarbLoeFisher, the bloggers at @AgeofAutism, etc. They're the ones who deserve no quarter, rhetorically speaking.

Also, I have very little patience for obvious trolls on Twitter and other social media. It takes me very little time interacting with such people to tell who's concerned and might be open to reason and who is not.

2/ threaten us all too. Or show up with signs at ppls offices or got people fired. So I tend to react harshly to them too. I feel unless there’s a disability there, they know better.

A neighbor today told me she won’t get vaccinated because she was told by “someone who knows” that they are implanting chips in them. How can sane people believe these things? And while I won’t mock, I don’t know what to say to these people!

There is nuance with pseudoscience tho: for example, parents who feed their children bleach DO need to be pursued by local law-enforcement to prevent child abuse, not excused because they were “brainwashed”. As well, individuals in MLM scams & those paid for viral content.
