There are probably some vegans who aren't otherwise antivaxxers and who would care, but the intersection of {vegans who care} and {people who know enough about biotech to know about this} is probably too small to affect vaccination rates much.

Most vegans I know don't like animal testing/products, but understand the need for them in medical use. I don't know any vegans who don't get the flu shot bc of the eggs.

I'm mostly vegan (cheese weakness), and I will be injected with an actual crab if it means i won't kill another human--especially when it disproportionately affects vulnerable people and exploited minorities. Not getting the vaccine is crueler. We can philosophize after.
