What bands or musicians did you listen to the most in high school?

Wow, I went to HS in the 70s too, but it must have been in a different State (literally and figuratively): The Ramones Talking Heads Sex Pistols Roxy Music David Bowie Elvis Costello The Dead Boys The Buzzcocks The Clash

I picked up on those bands in the early 1980s (particularly Bowie), when college took me away from my generic suburban teenage existence. True, I did start to get into The Clash in my senior year in high school, which is the year "London Calling" was released.

I went to high school around the same time. Listened to all those artists (just not Simon and Garfunkel) as well.
