US COVID19 will be done in 4 weeks with a total reported death below 170,000. How will we know it is over? Like for Europe, when all cause excess deaths are at normal level for week. Reported COVID19 deaths may continue after 25 Aug. & reported cases will, but it will be over.https://twitter.com/MLevitt_NP2013/status/1281982362751049730 …

Thanks so much. Total population and totally annual natural deaths very similar to EuroMOMO area. Right now there are overall 414 reported deaths/million in US. If same as Europe, US about 80% complete. Certainly hope this is true and US saturates at no more than 170,000 deaths. https://twitter.com/czr111/status/1281938418893758464 …

Ironically, just as we will be perfecting testing, contact tracing, masking, not shaking hands etc.

      Vietnam did it better.https://twitter.com/thereal_truther/status/1282744765809856513 …

To all #COVID deniers who keep talking about the “success” of #Sweden. #Vietnam has 95 million people, 9.5x more than Sweden. If we multiplied Sweden’s current COVID deaths by 9.5x, that equals 52,592 deaths. Vietnam, which borders China & did lockdown, has ZERO deaths.

I also find it interesting that COVID deniers continue to applaud Sweden yet mostly ignore Japan, which did far better w/o a lockdown. I wonder if it's because mask wearing was a big factor in Japan as well as contact tracing. Japan is a much better example of a success.

          Replying to @thereal_truther @gorskon and

japan cases are increasing right now. What if the this can be stopped succumbs to it can be only slowed and it will reinfect until it gets to certain %--that takes 2 years and countless associated pains. I also find interesting that some very smart people draw quick conclusions
