Europe took aggressive containment measures going in, with the exception of Sweden, that took weaker measures.

How does he even think any of what he wrote is even remotely accurate? New York didn't "end" 4 weeks after its peak of cases so why would whole of US miraculously end in 4 weeks (people won't even wear masks)! Absurd

Comparing the US to Europe in this is ridiculous, as the mitigation efforts have been vastly disparate.

https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ says current US death toll 149K. So he's predicting max 20K deaths in next 28 days, then that's it? On what evidence?!? Infections aren't decreasing. At curr rate (~1100 dead/day), we'll hit 170K in 18 days (IOW by mid Aug) cf.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGZyWPzZu8g …

When he says "it's over," he seems to mean "no longer responsible for excess deaths above baseline." In that case it'll still spread and kill, just not enough to make for higher than average all cause mortality. I don't get how deaths/1M are an indicator of saturation, though
