Private docs, and those working for private companies have no such protection. Employers frequently don’t want to be bothered and will tell you to shut up on social media if you want to keep your job.

I’ve also dealt with medical professionals who lost their jobs over it. Not all employers are willing to back up an employee standing up for others.
