My standard advice to those starting out and trying to remain anonymous is this. Unless you pseudonym is bulletproof, with no way to link it to your real identity you will eventually be outed if you are effective. (If you’re not effective, no one will go to the trouble.)

You have to be prepared for this. Indeed, sometimes even if your ‘nym is seemingly bulletproof, cranks will figure out who you are.
