Dear Dr. Jones, is there a way to find/see the medical examiner's report? You mention that it's public, but I am having trouble finding it. Any help would be appreciated.

I agree. So far these charges are all secondhand. I try never to write about these sorts of things unless I have the firsthand documents. I've been burned before.

Nothing about a COVID party there. Just a church function. That’s bad enough—no masks, no social distancing—but the term “COVID party” implies intent to catch #COVID19. There clearly was no such intent here, given that the mom gave her daughter azithromycin prophylacticslly.

IDK if the azithromycin proves she didn't want her daughter to get COVID. Does anyone believe an antibiotic prevents a virus? As opposed to preventing/treating secondary infections or whatever.

Haven’t you been paying attention? Azithromycin, along with hydroxychloroquine, is one of the drugs being touted as a miracle cure for #COVID19.

I thought the azithromycin was supposed to make it less bad if you already had it, not prevent you from getting it.

I can see someone who deliberately exposed their kid to covid also giving them medication to make it as easy on them as possible.

But there's simply no evidence from the ME's report that this was a deliberate COVID party, so unless there's some independent proof that it was one, we can safely disregard the possibility.

It's a very damning report, nonetheless.

For negligence, sure, NOT for intent and COVID parties.
