There is one reason to refute antivaxxers, though, and that's to show parents who might be influenced by their disinformation why it's disinformation. In other words, the "arguing" is not to change the mind of the antivaxxer, but for others who might be influenced by them to see.

Plus the longer they go on for the higher the likelihood they say something morally objectionable which makes their entire belief system a whole lot less sympathetic
