The decision wasn’t complex, saying that the rules were neutrally based on the physical nature of the setting. For the state to privilege religious activity over other similar kinds would’ve been the violation. Why isn’t she upset at the four Constitution-shredding conservatives?

It's a two-way street; the government can't suppress religion, but they can't give special treatment to religion, either. Houses of worship are being treated the same as other indoor spaces, not being singled out.
