Not necessarily true. People who know these patients could potentially identify them from the photos. These definitely look like HIPAA violations to me.

At the very least, it is HIGHLY unethical to post photos of patients in such situations to social media when those patients are unable to give consent. What a horrifying betrayal of these patients by this nurse!
