Who possibly could have seen anything like this happening? 🙄https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ford-assembly-plant-chicago-workers-leave-coronavirus-covid-19-positive/ …

But it also shows screening may work. I feel like any calls to reopen make me sound like a right-wing loon. But what's the alternative at some point- shut down everything forever until (and if) a vaccine is found?

No one's saying that we should shut down forever. No one. (No, really, no one.) The point is how we reopen, how we balance the risks and benefits of reopening.

I know that no one is saying shut down forever. But that means we have to test and accept that closures like this are going to happen- a lot.

The people who want shutdown should be locked up in concentration camps and released after the rest of us rich natural herd immunity. This lockdown is now a growing nonsense globally and clueless scientist can only speculate projections that are fictitious and will never happen

The problem tho is ensuring compliance w/ reopening limitations. The public can barely be trusted to wash their hands after the restroom. I fear the public will fatigue from restrictions even w/ reopening & we’ll be right back where we started.
