And safety analysts require on the job training: https://www.governmentjobs.com/jobs/2568104-0/safety-analyst-ii …. I’m not saying his critiques aren’t valuable but it’s easy to criticize others when you’ve never tried something yourself.

I would encourage
@DrLiver to submit a reply to any of my 240 papers or two peer reviewed books if he disagrees with any of my arguments. I/ we would love to reply! I also recommend he does NOT listen to@Plenary_Session!2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

I don’t always disagree with what you say. But all you do is criticize other’s trials. It’s time you put your money where your mouth is and design and implement the perfect trial you criticize others for not doing? Of your 240 papers, how many were trials you developed and ran?

David, I am sorry you think it is appropriate to tag people who have entirely different disagreements with me Prof Bergstrom and I, re: our stat piece (though we have reach compromise) You - my trial discussion and Jonathan - my views on debunking This is bizarre behavior

COI: David is my friend. Dear Dr. Prasad; I enjoy med twitter and have seen you as a centerpiece in many contentious threads this past week. This is not the 1st friend I’ve felt i should defend during that time, which seems like more than coincidence. Maybe it isn’t just David

My positions are really extreme I want RCTs to inform cancer therapies (now in audiobook ;) ) https://www.amazon.com/Malignant-Policy-Evidence-People-Cancer-dp-B0885TLXL7/dp/B0885TLXL7/ … And I think MD PHD doctors with fellowship training would be better criticizing mammography than jade eggs https://soundcloud.com/plenarysession/ep230 … Horrible positions!

A problem, as you've been shown several times, is that doctors like
@gorskon have critiqued mammograms and jade eggs. I am unsure why you insist that people don't do both. Here is NEJM article co-authored with Dr. Welch. I can give many more examples.https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMp1510443 …1 reply 1 retweet 3 likes
He blocked me; so he won’t see this. However, on this topic he is a very silly person.pic.twitter.com/99JJ01Xofc
