My restaurant wouldn't open until the phase 2. Phase 1 takes 15 days or so to end. Then they move onto phase 2. So that would be close to 3 weeks. If 100 plus ppl can be in my Walmart almost everytime I go then we can open safely in 3 weeks. At least start the process.

He's not. We're not. Most bars will be shuttered for the next two years. The ones that remain open will be sued repeatedly by customers whose lives they endangered. The sooner Americans accept this, the sooner we can come up with solutions.
