In order to get the true number, we need a test with close to 100% specificity/sensitivity and totally random sample. That's tough.

My reaction exactly. The results were way too detailed for their actual reliability. The week-on-week comparison of serology test results was confusing and poorly explained. But he's been pretty good at clarifying when questions are raised, so I'd expect better in future.
