The problem is we still don't know much about this virus. They are starting to see it's causing stroke in younger adults. Most are major strokes that you would see in older victims not someone who's 35 and healthy. Skin decolorization in many especially around the toes. Scary.

Fear mongering at it finest. You can’t turn on the news without hearing about the massive mid 30’s people having strokes. It’s rampant. Ugh.. gimme a break.

Add to that the simple fact that a majority of doctors tend to lean right politically just by the simple fact that doctors tend to have fairly high incomes compared to the average person, and that adds bias.

Add to that a disturbing number of doctors who seek Internet (and other) fame and are not too fastidious about science while trying to generate clicks are drawn to contrarian stances, and you see the problem.

Even epidemiologists fall into this trap. I’ve seen at least one epidemiologists who isn’t an infectious disease epidemiologist spread misinformation about #COVID19 because he doesn’t realize it’s misinformation. His Twitter following has grown massive.
