The "behandler"/"provider" analogy is utter bullshit based on a gross mistranslation. If you want to believe bullshit, that's your right. It is, however, similarly my right to call out that bullshit.

The underlying fact of disempowering language diminishing a professional title is a sound observation upon corporate HC systems. The analogies to naziism should stop as they clearly detract from this point. This unhelpful comparison just allows other to dismiss your concerns.
