The criminal part of this is the general public is unable to make the distinction and FOX et al presents it as a political issue. Since I refuse to accept FOX is unaware of the distinctions themselves, they are knowingly harming American people.

No, it's not unethical. It's the "art" of medicine in a pandemic. "Evidence based" is great in non-urgent practice, but it doesn't negate experience. There isn't any evidence, other than anecdotal, including reports from Spain, France & Italy.
