Reasons to not get over excited about hydroxychloroquine: 1. Early promising therapies often disappoint 2. There are known toxicities & dangerous drug interactions 3. People need these meds for evidence-based indications (eg., RA, SLE) Wait for the studies. Don't hoard.

I think the harm is coming from adding antibiotics with people and heart conditions. Obviously a doctor and exam has to be involved in treating any case
