Add to that the fact that several of the primary endpoints were subjective (e.g., patient-reported severity of cough), and the “positive” results are likely due to placebo effects.

Personally i would like to see this drug used earlier in the course instead of when the patient gets severe.. Based on the drugs MOA it makes sense.. Their currently doing prophylactic studies so its gunna be interesting seeing the results of those studies..
