There's no cure for coronavirus, and no real way to treat it. Not so fast say some Detroiters:https://bit.ly/3bGp60e

It's malpractice to write this incredibly long article without noting that Detroit (and metro Detroit) have become one of the most infected parts of the country. See all those 1000+ numbers? That's the setting for your story.pic.twitter.com/FchPde8A0c

More people have died in Wayne, Detroit, Macomb, and Oakland than in 45 states. Writing a feel-good piece about people not taking it seriously does nothing to inform anybody, and nothing to help.

ESPECIALLY given that there is no evidence that any of the alternative medicine and herbal remedies have any efficacy against #COVID19. This is journalistic malpractice that can lead people to use alternative medicine instead of effective medicine.

Some of the people he wrote about in there are in the highest risk group (elderly with chronic conditions) in one of the highest risk areas. I'm appalled at the irresponsibility of this article.

There is an almost 100% chance that at least one of the people he interviewed is going to die from this. I wonder if they do a follow-up article to this one with the updates?
