No, there isn’t. The only existing randomized trial was negative. It’s possible chloroquine will show an effect in larger trials, but, given the small negative trial, the effect, of any, is likely modest at best.

I'm confused as to why so many people are convinced HCQ works. There is no clinical data. Sure there is some in vitro data but there's in vitro data for all sorts of crap working against all sorts of viruses that rarely if ever pan out to real treatments
