It is not antivax at all, he said which vaccine should be done in his mind. for example vaccine against Flu (not mandatory) should be done but Polio(mandatory) is useless, there is no Polio in Europe for 40 years

Polio vaccine is part of the DTP vaccine, which is still usefull even if it were just for the tetanus. He indeed isn't antivax per se, but he opposes some vaccines for lousy reasons (measles vaccine being one of them).
