Oh my goodness. I swear whatever I am learning in virology is so relevant right now. We learned about Pox Parties last week. We broken into groups on ZOOM and discuss why some parents do it. I said "Child Abuse". Professor laughed. XDpic.twitter.com/bx1Huzt1Ax

I had been told that "chicken pox parties" were more urban legend than fact. Can someone please explain to the so-called dermatologist that deliberately infecting people will not help, because even if you survive the virus you can be re-infected and pass it on to others.

Possibly true in some areas, but I know two people who had them, and I work in health care policy. Welp.
