Sadly, I know that all too well. I've had a stutter since I was a teen, and was mocked relentlessly for it. It didn't stop until my college years. Even now, 13 years into my career, I still have to work at it every day, through idle chats and status update calls.

Some days it's draining. And if a bad day or spell hits, it can kneecap your communication abilities. And it sucks like hell. I envy people who (great oration or not) can speak all day without missing a beat.
